I wanted a good quality, low maintenance roof for when I retire. Ben Ryan explained about modern systems that don't need pointing. This was exactly what I wanted so I asked for a quote. The price he quoted is the price I paid. Because I got a complete reroof, I received a year guarantee. I also got a new gutter and the gutter has a 2-year guarantee. The whole process was less stressful than I expected it to be. Everyone I dealt with, on site and when calling the office, was helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to get on with. They all listened carefully to my concerns before replying. I've used Frank Ryan and Sons several times over the last 20 or 30 years. I noticed that my tiled roof to the garage was letting in rain in bad weather. I have used Frank Ryan and Sons before and they have done good work for my son and for my friends so I didn't hesitate in getting Ben Ryan to look at the problem and propose a solution. The rain ingress was not urgent so I was happy to wait till they could fit my small job in, which entailed stripping 3 rows of tiles on both sides of the roof, replacing roofing felt and refixing slates with cement pointing at edge. The work was done in less than a day in a professional manner and I am very happy with the work they did.
