The price he quoted is the price I paid. Because I got a complete reroof, I received a year guarantee. I also got a new gutter and the gutter has a 2-year guarantee. The whole process was less stressful than I expected it to be. Everyone I dealt with, on site and when calling the office, was helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to get on with. They all listened carefully to my concerns before replying. I've used Frank Ryan and Sons several times over the last 20 or 30 years. I've always found them to be trustworthy, honest, reliable, and easy to get on with. I have no hesitation in recommending Frank Ryan and Sons.
